Delivery and changes.

The displayed delivery allowance is $15 for goods below $250 and zero at or above that amount. The welcome saving does not change the delivery threshold. The review shows the complete recorded amount; no delivery date is promised by the planning interface.

Check every rail and fitting for damage, model and dimensions before arranging installation. Keep packaging until that check is complete. To request a return or correction, email support@towelarc.shop with the specification reference and part name before sending goods anywhere.

Do not install or modify an item you intend to return. Electrical disconnection and reinstallation are matters for a qualified installer. A request about a faulty or incorrect item will be assessed separately from a change of mind, including any applicable statutory remedy.
